about

One operator. Two builds a month.

I'm Seb. I run concierge.studio out of Malta. I take two builds a month — never more, never less — because the only way to keep the audit clean and the 90-day tuning real is to actually do the work myself.

The thesis

For 25 years websites have been laid out the same way: a navbar at the top, a hero below, six tiles, a footer. That structure assumed the customer knows where to click. They don't. They want to ask a question and get an answer.

AI got cheap enough in 2024 to do this at small-business prices. Most agencies bolted a chatbot onto a Squarespace theme and called it a day. I think that's backwards. The chat is the product. The pages are the fallback.

What I won't do

  • Pure e-commerce with no concierge — talk to a Shopify Expert.
  • Logo / brand work — I'll point you at a designer.
  • SEO-only projects — that's a different specialism.
  • Multi-month retainers — every build ends with a clean handoff.

What you actually own

On day 14 you walk away with the entire site, the concierge's knowledge of your business, your customer list, and direct vendor accounts for hosting and the concierge engine. No per-merchant SaaS lock-in, no monthly platform fee to me, no hostage taking. If you fire me tomorrow, the site keeps running and the concierge keeps answering.

The 14-day guarantee, in plain English

Every build is checked the same way before launch: the page loads in under a second on a phone, the concierge answers 20 questions you wrote without inventing anything, the lead handoff fires into your inbox, and any product or answer is reachable in under 90 seconds. If those four don't hit on day 14, you get every euro back and keep the site.
