process

Four phases. 14 days. Named deliverables on each.

Most agencies hand you "we'll build the site." I hand you a contract that says what you'll have on each day. If a deliverable misses, the audit catches it and we re-do it on my time, not yours.

Day 1–2 — Discovery

One 90-minute call. I ask: who buys, what they ask, where they bounce. You write the 20 questions the concierge has to answer. I read your existing site (or the competitor you point at) and pull what works. Deliverable: brief.md — a one-page document with the brief, the 20 questions, and the three success metrics.

Day 3–5 — Concierge design

I write the system prompt. I write 30 example transcripts and run them past the model. You read 5, redline anything off-tone, send back. I rewrite. We agree on Front's voice before any pixels happen. Deliverable: concierge.md — the system prompt + the 30 example transcripts, both checked in.

Day 6–10 — Build

Code. Routes, schema, knowledge base, deploy. Daily 5-minute Loom on what landed. You watch on your phone, send a thumbs-up or one piece of feedback. Deliverable: preview-domain.pages.dev — the live preview build, every day.

Day 11–14 — Launch

DNS migration on your real domain. Public audit run on day 14: Lighthouse 95+, concierge answering all 20 questions correctly, lead handoff firing, sub-1s mobile. Audit-green or full refund. Deliverable: your-domain.com — live, on your DNS, with the repo in your GitHub.

Day 15–105 — Tuning (the bonus)

90 days of free prompt-revision credit. Send me a transcript where Front fumbled, I rewrite. Unlimited within the 90 days. After that you can either DIY (the Loom walkthrough shows you how) or come back for an hourly retainer.
