What I collect

• Contact form submissions. Name, email, business info, brief. Used only to reply.
• Front transcripts. Stored 30 days for quality + tuning, then deleted.
• Analytics. Plausible — cookieless, EU-hosted, aggregate page views only.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare — hosts the site + serves the API.
• Anthropic — runs the Front concierge model.
• Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics.
• Resend — sends emails when you submit a lead.

Cookies

None tracking. Plausible is cookieless. The site only sets a session token for the staff area.

Your rights

GDPR — you can request a copy of, or deletion of, your data at seb@concierge.studio. I respond within 30 days.

Retention

• Lead submissions: 24 months.
• Front transcripts: 30 days.
• Analytics: 18 months in aggregate, no individual data.
